Business Salesforce Consultant (Midtjylland / remote)

 

Do you have the desire to join an exciting, global company? Then maybe your next project is with our client (a Danish Company), who is looking for an experienced Business Salesforce Consultant to build modern platforms designed for success.

What challenges will the project bring you?

As Business Salesforce Consultant you will build and implement IT solutions and services for our client. You will get the chance to work at the forefront of the technological development. Your understanding of business challenges and drivers including identifying potential disrupters will be a great advantage in succeeding in the job. Together with all relevant stakeholders you will have the responsibility to make sure that the right systems will be delivered to fulfil the business needs, and that projects supports our business strategy. Your workday will consist of a close dialogue with the business, project managers, your colleagues in IT as well as IT architects. You can decide to work from home or you can be connected to the Danish office in Herning.

By solving the following main tasks, you will play a vital role in our client’s strategy “Design for Success”:

  • Develop IT system landscape that’s support business requirements
  • Identify future needs and gabs
  • Analysing and document business processes
  • Writing functional design documentation
  • Supporting design and product description
  • Actively working and with suppliers and IT architects
  • 2nd level support

Your Experience

You have a strong business and IT background with deep knowledge in various ERP systems and processes that supports retail businesses. You have been working as IT professional and implemented ERP, BI, retail, logistic, production and finance systems.

Ideally, you have:

  • Several years´experience working with Salesforce´s system and SalesForce marketing Cloud
  • Several years’ experience working with customer facing solutions
  • Worked with digital solutions and customer journey
  • Deep insight in retail operations
  • Experience with managing developers
  • Experience with design software
  • Worked in an international environment

Your Profile

The job covers a wide area, which calls for a holistic approach to solving the different tasks and projects. Your energy level and high drive enables you to establish contacts and good relations, in addition to which you demonstrate strong communication skills to the entire organization.

You are natural curious, ambitious, analytical and methodical. You have attention to details and understand the importance of complete, coordinated and documented solutions. You are used to work in teams …also from a distance and manage your own tasks and have a robust and persistent disposition.

As we are working in an international environment, you must be able to speak and write English at negotiation level.

IT delivers full service within all Business areas of the customer journey from inspiration to home delivery worldwide. The IT department consists of 40 dedicated business consultants, business supporters, data management coordinators, project managers and IT architects, where good working relationship and sense of responsibility are crucial.

For our client, IT plays a vital role in lifting the business potential, and enable the realisation of the business strategy and plans. Within that strategy there is also included a plan to develop the IT-system landscape to the next digital level with-in the full customer journey and Backoffice processes.
